Clutch HELP
Part of the problem there is the flywheel, but I agree with Massios: Don't spend the money on the flywheel unless the one you have is failing.
You could do a few things to try and get around it:
(Free - $30) Check or replace your air filter:
This is pretty easy, there are 4 clips on the air filter box, 2 on top and 1 on each side near the bottom. If your filter is dirty, replacing it might help, and should be done anyway.
($10) Clean your throttle body:

The instructions are for a G37 with 2 TBs, but we only have one, so its easier. You will need REALLY good Allen Wrenches to get the TB off the plenum. My craftsmans from a mechanics tool kit were not good enough.
(Free) Reset the ECU:
You should do this after you do any of the above. You can also do it first to see if it solves your issues, then you'll need to do it again after you do anything else.
Unplug your battery overnight, just the negative side is ok. In the morning, get in the car, press and hold the brake pedal for 10 secs, and then plug the battery back in and start the car. You might notice your idle is a little weird, but it will go away within a couple of days.
I hope this helps.

Ill be sure to do that when I have time. I am learning this tranny better and better, it seems to be a very talked about item...When they say high engagement clutch, does that mean I only have to push it in a little to initially shift into the next gear ? I am use to a riding dirtbikes and I am beginning to get the impression that this gearbox is nothing like a bike...
On a low engaging clutch, when you press the pedal to the floor, you only have to raise your foot a little bit for the clutch to start to bite. With the G, we have 2-4 inches above the floor of dead space before the clutch starts to engage. As you shift faster, you will find that you don't actually have to push the clutch pedal to the floor when you shift, but please be careful. You may grind some serious gear if you shift without being fully disengaged.
Do some reading on dog-tooth clutches in bikes, and then on modern manual car transmissions. You will see they are very different.
