2007 G35 w/Service Engine Soon, Slip and VDC OFF lights illuminated on the dash.

Uhh so randomly all these lights turn on at the same time..what could the problem be?

check brake fluid level believe it or not.. that's what mine was..

Yes, check the brake fluid. If it is low it will shut down the VDC system. Most of the time this is what it is. As your brakes get lower it takes more fluid to push the piston out and lowers the levels.

low brake fluid wont make the check engine light come on. it will make the abs, vdc, slip lights come on..if you have all those along with the CEL then you probably have a misfire or sensor issue. Some input from an engine sensor that is also used in the abs/vdc system. Or you could have low brake fluid and an unrelated check engine code. Best bet is to have all systems scanned for codes

throttle position sensor error is what i got when i had all those lights on...also my power cut out and would not go above 10 mph

when i got all that it was the Cam shaft sensors and i changed them both out and i was good

I've seen this on several occasions. Without a CEL, even if the fluid is topped up, it might be too late because air may make its way into the system. A good bleed will help resolve the issue if it's fluid related and won't go away after topping up the fluid.
