I tinted my taillights about a year ago, and am not satisfied with the job I did )blotchy in some areas when you look up close) It also seems to have faded during the year because they started out black and now are more of a dark red.

How can I redo the job? And preserve the life of the tint? Since I am re applying the Nite shades am I able to just wetsand it off (Will it come off with wetsanding since it has cured). OR should I follow the steps in this DIY http://g35mods.com/?p=441. Im not sure if actually removing the tint like that is necessary, since I am not leaving them untinted.

Any help is appreciated

 

i used graffiti remover and the VHT stuff came right off.. just make sure u spray it on a rag and just start wiping.. don't use to much
