I know a lot of people have done the background color change, light color etc but has anyone done anything like a Dakota Digital mod or thrown an old Z cluster in? Looking for something to do that would be totally off the wall.

 

I have a extra digital z cluster if you want it, but i see the swap being very difficult but exclusive if you pull it off

I wasn't sure if dimensionally they were close with some modifications. That's gonna be the key. The DD stuff can be moved around and they have many different foot prints. I think an old Z dash would be pretty cool.

I am still questioning what I need out of the orginal cluster, signals types etc. I just sold my scope so I can't test that currently. I know I had some issues with a sedan cluster Vs a coupe cluster so there are some hurdles to overcome. Can't be that hard with some of the stuff I have designed in the past...
