I'm repainting my whole car and shaving my trunk. Now I have to wait even longer before I can drive my car. At first I thought it was a Strafespeed and not a Chargespeed bumper so I was just going to live with it, but it's not even for our cars.

Even if it was the Strafespeed I'd still ask for some monetary compensation.. My friend purchased a diffuser for his '11 g37, turns out he received one for an older g37 so the fitment wasn't quite on point and he got refunded 100$!

I have a feeling I'll be out a lot of money due to all the shipping and customs costs.

The seller shipped you the wrong bumper IMO it should be on them to pay for shipping you the correct bumper and for you to ship the incorrect bumper back to them (if they want it back).

It should be the seller, who should pay the shipping cost since it was his fault in the first place.

+1 to both above posts. There is no way in hell you should be responsible for a single penny for the exchange process.

damn doesnt even look like an honest mistake. looks intentional. i mean wrong bumper and for wrong car? its obviously for a 350z. unless this guy is a middle man seller and sells tons for body kits for tons of different cars then ok maybe it wasnt intentional

Mods please close thread. Seems like a genuine mix-up. Somebody on another forum got my G35 Chargespeed and I got somebody's 350Z Strafespeed.

No, don't flame him on the board publicly......

If the vendor made a mistake and corrects it promptly and compensates you for the time and trouble, then that's fair. Everyone makes mistakes, and it could just be an honest mistake.

However, if the vendor is giving you crap about it, then feel free to let everyone know so they can avoid this problem in the future.

What about a praise for them stepping up and fixing the issue? If they give you trouble, then yes flaming them will be warranted
