Hi Guys,

Im having a weird issue with my power door lock. Everything works but when I arm the vehicle the driver side door does not lock. Any ideas what the issue can be? When I am in the vehicle and hit the power lock button only the passenger side locks as well.

 

haha I have the same problem.. the drivers side door lock only locks *sometimes* when i lock it via the power lock option.

From what I've read it appears to be a common problem with the door lock actuator. There's a $5 fix that works or you can just buy a whole new door lock actuator. Try searching for the $5 fix I cant remember the thread.

The actuator is the problem. I used the link posted above and fixed both sides even though it was my driver's side that was out. It's only a matter of time before the other goes too.
