Lower back support in seat? Best way to help posture?

Hey guys

So i have alot of lower back problems, and driving can sometimes aggravate them even more, so I've tried to find the best seat alignment to help, what i've done is put the seat as low as possible, and angle it tilted back so i can get my butt all the way into the seat, and then i use the (kinda useless) lumbar support lever and put it all the way forward. Anyone have any other suggestions? maybe a seat cover or a towel or something?

I have the same issue. It totally sucks. I think the lumbar support is too high. Beezee has a good point, the higher the seat, the less pain I feel, but I really don't like being so far from the road. Its a trade off I guess. I'm in for other solutions!

My back actually aches more when I have the lumbar support all the way forward. I push it all the way back, and angle my seat really low. It sounds crazy, but it somehow makes my back feel a lot better. I'm by no means doing a "gangster lean" while driving either haha.

I put in an inflatable bladder that I got from the S2000 site S2ki. Works great and doesn't interfere with the seat heater.

How did you put it in? Like inside the seat? Cause I want something more permanent. I'll have to try raising the seat, but then my head will hit the ceiling...

Yea I have messed with this as well. if I raise the seat some, my head hits the top, unless I slide the sunroof cover and tilt my head.

I had an upolstrey shop Install it inside the lower seat back. There is a rubber tube with a squeeze bulb to adjust how firm you want it.
