Depends on what you consider "best"!
Do you just want to bolt on with no modification, or bolt on then roll the fender? Do you want the wheels flush? Is your car lowered and if so how much? How wide of wheels are you looking at? What size of tires are you thinking of using? What diameter are the wheels?
To many variables. Take a look at the stickies, search other set-ups and through the pic share forum. There are a few threads displaying various set-ups that list the wheels diameter, width, offset and tire size...Find some that you like the look of then go from there.

Because BEST offsets totally doesn't matter on opinion, desired look, stretch, wheel width, or any other factors....

-50 front
-60 rears

^^Extremely well put, and **please please please*** handle your suspension before thinking about wheels...I know it's hard and everyone wants to jump right into wheels but trust me you'll thank yourself later if you make the first big purchase suspension then pick your offsets.
