well the full story

 

well the full story of it was really i was in the second lane of the highway then the semi was on the first lane the semis back taped the side of my G and i spun out and my car was sideways blocking the middle 2 lanes outta a 4 lane high way and it was 4 AM in the morning going to morngo so after i spun out i wasen't thinking and stood outside of my car then a car hit me or somehting i don;'t really rememeber my whole right side of my body is scratched and bruiser all i remeber was i got his out side of my car too and i stood up real qiuck and ran outt to the outta lanes of the free way clear of cars and just sat there and watch my baby get plowed in to by cars one by one.....
my heart just dropped watching my baby getting hit like that.
im a man but i really did tear up while watching that cause i was in so much pain and i gotta watch my baby get smashed up.
its like watching a family memeber getting killed infront of you T_T

yea and i agree with you faiz23 im starting to feel more and more pain all oveer my body today the accident was 5.21.11 at.28 AM im starting to feeel more and more pain as each hour passes but i felt alright yesterday

 

What was the semi doing in the #1 lane!?!?

What fwy was this on? Definitely glad youre okay - that sounds pretty freaking crazy.... Reminds me of an accident I saw a couple years ago on the 60 where a semi clipped the side of a minivan, causing the sliding door to rip off. Gotta be careful near those semi drivers

my G35 is salvaged but i toook good car of it for 2 years already NO Problems at alll i have liabillity im hurt pretty bad actually but im lucky to survive cause when i went to the junk yard to look at my car the junk year guy was likke wow im suprised to see you walking because i see fatality from car acccidents that are't even half as bad as how ur car looks right now.
well basically it was a 4 lane highway i was on the second lane to the right and he was on the first lane on the right and i was a lil behind him and the freeway curved towards the right a lil bit so i guess his trailer or whatever u call it the corner of it tapped my car from teh side i lost control T_T
im getting a lawyer tomorrow because i probably can sue the semi truck if not then i can still sue the white car that hit me afterward and like 3 other cars that hit my car also it was a pretty big chain accident but my car was basically taking all the hits

 

If you need a good auto collision lawyer, let me know; My sister just used a great one a few months ago when she got rear ended by some jerk.

Were you able to get any info off the semi?

I hope youre able to get money for your car and hope you feel better dude!! =T You are seriously crazy lucky to have such minor injuries!

 

I hope you aren't perm. injured. Worst case, you sue and end up with a GTR. A fitting replacement for your G's sacrifice.

 

well i got the collision report information and i don't think the semi got away cause i couldnt really get plates cause i was half conscious and the ambulance came prety quick to get me and even if the semi got away hes not the one that really hurt me its another car the slamed in to me as in not my car like he literally hit the left side of my body nd his car was totaled too so im pretty sure i can sure him right? cause thats failure of keeping distance and stopping in time????
the doctor loook at my face and i have a big damage to my eye browns and the doctor said thats gonna be a permanent scare for life so im pretty sure im gonna get a pretty good settlement.
im just hoping for the best

 

Ok, something doesn't add up here. So you got hit my the trailer and that caused you lose control of your car and spin out in the middle of the freeway. Then instead of trying to get your car off the road or at least turning on the blinkers you got out of your car and stood next to it in the middle of the freeway and then got hit by another car? Now all of the sudden you are sue happy?

just seeing these kinds of wreckage just makes me feel better about how safe my car is. Glad your okay, better to lose a car than a life.

 

its prettt hard to explain my story here im still pretty shocked...
my G was my baby i work my *** off paying for the car and the modds im only 18 too.

Wow, sorry for your loss. Something relatively similar (though not as bad) happened to me on the highway a year and a half ago. That was my baby also. Somehow walked away with a busted lip and bruises.

It will all work out for ya man. I ended up getting the insurance check, buying my car back from insurance for $800 and making a killing selling all my JDM and even OEM stuff. You will probably view certain things differently after this as well....

 

Holy crap your car is tore up!! The picture of the piece of rim still attached to the hub makes me cringe, takes a brutal hit to make that happen.

I'm confused about a couple of parts of your story, but the main thing here is you're still alive. Injuries heal, cars can be replaced, but people can't. Your G did what it was supposed to in protecting you.
