So the alleged semi kept on drivin... You def cant sue the people that hit you after the fact. It was 4 in the morning and you have a black car in the middle of the freeway. It all goes back to the semi. The car is pretty banged up so any evidence of the tap from the semi is gone. So unless you catch the guy, have a witness, or have physical evidence on the car from the semi...Then ur SOL on liability, and the people that hit you after the fact can sue YOU.

Glad your okay dude, but losing any car is not like losing a member of your family. I can only assume you haven't lost someone close to you. Please keep things in perspective, first priority is your health and by the looks of that crash your darn lucky to only have lost your car. Another example of why not to be out at 4 a.m.
well i got the collision report information and i don't think the semi got away cause i couldnt really get plates cause i was half conscious and the ambulance came prety quick to get me and even if the semi got away hes not the one that really hurt me its another car the slamed in to me as in not my car like he literally hit the left side of my body nd his car was totaled too so im pretty sure i can sure him right? cause thats failure of keeping distance and stopping in time????
the doctor loook at my face and i have a big damage to my eye browns and the doctor said thats gonna be a permanent scare for life so im pretty sure im gonna get a pretty good settlement.
im just hoping for the best

You just need to he hoping and praying someone has stated the semi caused you to lose control. The cops will most likely not go off your word alone. You might end up being the one left holding the bag on this.

I thought you should have an attorney just because the accident seems like such a cluster****. You should get money for your car and your ER visit but a scar on your eyebrow? Hm...
