My G35 Coupe won't start!

My 2003 G35 coupe won't start! It was completely out of gas, so I couldn't take it to the gas stations. On the gas door on the car it says use only "Premium Unleaded Fuel", so I got 93 Gas. Was that wrong? Should I have just gotten 89?

After putting the gas in I tried to start it up and it wouldn't budge, it sounded like an electricity thing under the hood. If anybody has any advice please advice.. thanks!

Yes, 93 octane is correct.

When you say it wouldn't budge does that mean you don't even hear it trying to turn over?...the starter doesn't even turn?

It'll turn. It sounds like its trying to start, but it wont. The lights on the dash flicker on and off when I try to start it.

Yeah, check battery first.

Then check for spark. Running your car dry isn't good. Check fuel pump and filter.

^have the battery tested. I've never experienced an amp problem with my Bose system before.
