Thats a good point. I haven't looked at it that way. Im planning on getting the Avant Garde m310 19"s, and after some research I found out there isn't much to worry about in terms of dropping it with those rims. But i definitely agree in terms of drop before wheels. Thanks for the input.

As for your setup - I guess if it was me I would do suspension ,headlights, paint the grille black, then get wheels after that.

Yea same story with me. My corners fit REAL snug and tight which is what made me like the quality. The plastic feels identical to the oems. Cant believe people hate on such a small $20 mod.

Yea I might give 3m a try, plastix is just a waste of time without a buffer.

By the looks of it, the general consensus seems to be to black out the grill asap. Gotta get on that little project this weekend

Lol you guys no one's hating on him. He just kinda contradicts himself. Having ebay clear corners is "cheaping out". Plus after I told him to restore his headlights and even explained to him on how to do it, he still didn't wanna do that. Now according to his post above me he'll "give 3m a try" on restoring his headlights. It's kind of hard to help someone when the poor kid just can't make up his mind.

If you do some really good reasearch an plan accordingly you can buy wheels first wit the correct fitment and then adjust your suspension around the wheels. If you get coilovers you can always adjust the height to fix most fitment issues, ie rubing.

That is why is importatant to buy the correct size and offset wheels and correct tire size, to avoid spacers and rubing. Also keep in mind that to get that nice stance you see on this forum you will have more than likely have to get your fender roll or sometimes pull.

OP, you should get both together and knock out 2 birds with one stone, avoiding several alignments and work.

First of all Im not a "kid" buddy. Second, having ebay clear corners because I like the fact that they look better than oem clears is cheaping out even though there is only about a 10 dollar difference? I dont think so, not in my book. Im paying for what I like, whether its cheaper or more expensive. 10 bucks is not gonna make or break me so if thats considered "cheaping out" to you, then i feel bad to be in your shoes. I said I "might" give it a try if I do decide to get the wheel setup first. Like I said before, you obviously need some "hooked on phonics" books cause I can see your struggle to read right. Maybe Ukranian schools don't offer good enough literature classes, but thats a whole other thread. Clearly you have nothing better to do but to check back to this thread and act like a wise guy. Lay off and give it a rest because clearly your advice didnt help at all, kid

I've tried plastx. Worked ok, but didn't fully restore to 100%. I would recommend turtle wax restoring kit. It's about half the price of 3M, and works AMAZING. I actually made a thread about it comparing before and after. I'll dig it up (or u can if u want) if you want to see the results.

Yea definitely, I would never choose rattle can rims over regular black rims, but since I do want the murder out look I decided to bust out the spray cans so I could get an idea of what the ride would look like blacked out. Its REALLY temporary so I don't mind it much. Sweet rims btw, I'm looking to get similar ones as I mentioned somewhere up there in between all the immaturity.

Thanks... Yea I Wanted that whole black on black look before I got this car.. But black is such a pain to keep clean.. It's hard enough to keep the rims clean, but for that one day a week when you have the car looking fresh no dust no water marks no bird poo it's all worth it! I have had 4 cars before the G this is the only one that hasn't been black
