2003 G35 Coupe 6MT Rattling at idle and shaking on 1st gear acceleration

Hello, for a while now my car has been making this sound at idle

Of course the whole time I was waiting to get fat in the same mcdonalds line my car was shaking when accelerating forward. Its almost like the car wants to stall, but I am driving it fine. I have driven a manual for 8 years now so this isnt the issue.

Anyways this happens more and more often now. Of course when I tried to grab a video the car preformed fine for like 8 attempts and I got pissed and went home. I will try to grab another video tomorrow.

I did some searching and it seems like the motor mounts may be an issue to look at? It only does this in first gear when going from a stop to rolling. The car has 93k miles on it.

Yes thats what I was trying to capture via video, but of course it was fine every time while the camera was rolling

I was mentioning this to a few other people and they asked if there is a non dual mass flywheel conversion available?
