Question Clutch Adjust Price

What is a reasonable price for a clutch adjustment? I got into an "argument" for wanting to charge me $45 for it.

This makes me feel better. I went into the shop thinking its just going to take 5-10 minutes for them to adjust it and then I'll pay them something reasonable, but instead the guy literally took an 1 and a half working on the clutch and used the little printout I gave him to lower the clutch pedal. Last time I had a mechanic do this it took like 5 minutes to raise it a little higher. So after he was done and he asked me for $45 and I just pretty much lost it.

That's different you can adjust the clutch pedal but you aren't supposed to. Once its set from factory it should never move unless you are taking it in and having mechanics move it around. You can either burn your clutch or mess up the trani if someone does it too far either way so you should probably stop messing with it.
