HELP>Vibration / Rattle Sound Driver Door area.

Took the coupe in for service due to a constant rattle / vibration that occurs when the radio is around 15-20 or when I go over bumbs. The service dept told me it was the window regulator?? Does that sound right? Anyone had this prob?? The sound is like when you blow a speaker but my speakers are all working fine.

Also I have tire wear on the inside edges of the rear tires. Service said they were worn accross the middle and that I needed new tires and that it is from "lighting up the tires". Say what? I drive fairly conservatively and only 2 miles to work each day. The car only has 18000 miles and is 2 yrs old. In addition to having them do an alaignment I asked for them to switch the two rears tires to the other rims so they would wear the other edges and they said they don't do that b/c the tires are directional. Say what? Isn't that called a rotation for our car???

The tires on our car have to be rotated the hard way... You have to take the tires off the rims, swap rims, and then remount the tires. This is necessary because the tires are different sizes (front and back) and directional.
