Can anyone tell me what size wheels these are:
Rear: 285/35/19
Front: 245/35/19
I found the last numbers, so can anyone tell me what the wheel sizes are, please?
Thanks!

Are you wondering what size (width) wheels those tires will fit?
If so 8"-9.5" front and 9"-11" rear. The last number will tell you the wheel diameter. What exactly are you wanting to know?

Well you'll have 19' wheels hence the "19" in the tire sizes. 35 is the "thickness" of the wheels. Lower the number thinner the tires will be. I wouldnt recommend going below 30. Youll feel every pebble on the road lol 245 and 285 is the width of the tires. You could fit rims width of like 8.5-11? roughly. correct me if im wrong please. Question is still kinda vague.
well my friend has those numbers and his car sits like at an angle, like the front of the car is low and the back sits kinda high, it looks like this...
Think of this as his car:
/- it sits like this but in car form

Tire size is not going to lift the back unless you have a 55 series tire in back and a 30 series tire in the front. When figuring out the tire size for a wheel the first number is the width of the tire. If your rim is a 10 inch rim then you are actually looking a tire that is close to 10.5 inches to cover your rim side to side. 285 & 275 is in MM. 275mm equates to 10.86 mm, and 285 is 11.22. This is only for non stretched tires.
