I'm lookin to put satellite radio in the G, but was wondering about the receivers. If you have a stock infiniti XM receiver, can you receive Sirius channels as well? I have an opportunity to buy an XM receiver but am really interested in the NFL channels that Sirius gives.

Idk how it really works now that they are the same company. Thanks for the help!

 

I don't think you can get Sirius channels on an XM radio.

You might want to call them and see which NFL channels are available on XM.

 

yea im pretty sure you cant get the same channels on sirius and XM even tho they are the same company i guess but im sure XM has some sports channels maybe later in the future when they merge them together but as for now im pretty sure ur just stuck with XM

 

they can change it for a fee (they are the same company btw)

 

What you will need to do is get the XM subscription and add the Best of Sirius package. That's the only way you'll get NFL Radio. I went from Sirius in my Max to XM in the G and freaked out when I found out the change was happening. I have to have my NFL Radio. But thankfully it's still possible.
