Anyone have Suggestions on good brake pads for an ’04 G35?

I just found out today that my front brake pad is separating from the backing plate on my 2004 G35. I now need to fix that and buys new front pads. I am looking for good ceramic pads at a reasonable price. Any suggestions? BTW…….I do not have a Brembos set on my car.

oem is fine. Althought aftermarket is cool too as long as it is reliable.

To tell you the truth I just changed my brake pads about 2 weeks ago and I am using OEM ones. They are really good.

The orignal oem pads that came with the car worked good, the only problem is they leave soooo much dust on my wheels. Have your oems been doing the same?

I guess I was just wondering if anyone knew of pads that will give the same performance as oem's but leaves less dust.

Hawk makes a pad that will leave very little dust on your rims and give you at least double the pad life.....and they stop well too! Check our MARKETPLACE under vendor brakes for the best price!

Lots of choices for you. OEM is great but the 03-04 dust like hell as previously mentioned. A couple of options you should be able to get at your local parts store would be the Wagner Thermo Quiet or Akebono Pro Acts. They are both good pads........

Good luck with your pads. The car changes alot when you have good wheels and pads... Night and Day sihft... Lol, luckily I just got a set of Volk Rays Forged 19" for my 20" and.. a set of Brembos for free, someone who had no use for them. Lucky, lucky, lucky.

I had just changed my pads not to long ago prior to this guy giving me his brembos. For stock OEM pads it was around 12 dollars per pad. For the Rims/tires and the brembo brakes I got... man I got them for free in exchange for me 20" Petrol throttle series rims and my tires which where pretty much new about 3 days new front and backs where around 4 months old. I was lucky.
