04 vs 05 Plenum? •Help!•

Guys,

I've done some searching on this but couldn't find a definitive answer to my question. I have an 05 6MT and looking to swap out my plenum and TB from an 04 sedan (polished). Are there any noticeable performance drawbacks?

Thanks in advance.

^^That's right. You have a revup motor and I wouldn't run a non-revup plenum on your car.

Why? This is almost exactly what a Motordyne MREV is...it's a modified non-rev-up lower plenum, and it makes impressive gains in a rev-up engine.

Not only that but, it's cheaper and the hp difference is minimal.

I believe non rev up paired with a motordyne space creates the mrev1 which will increase HP a little bit for rev up.

If you swap out the lower plenum, combine it with a spacer. If you have some tools you can to a little DIY plenum mods and really wake the car up.

That's exactly what I plan to do! Thanks for that! Non revup plenum with spacer combination on my '05. I might even file the first two runners down.
