Window Won't Roll Up

So I drove around today in a nice breezy day and wanted to feel some air and rolled down the windows the entire way. Now my passenger window will not roll up. I am not sure if it is a motor/electrical issue or if the window fell out of place. I have been hearing some scratching sound when it reaches the top of the door when closing.

Trying to get some diagnosis before I open the door to resolve. Is there anything I can pinpoint right away as an issue?

Thanks!

Bad window motor, mines just went out on the same side. If you need a quick fix to get the window up til you replace the motor just bang on door near the lock and keep pressing the window switch.

ERRR... yeahhh the window has bad motor... i did some research before HOPING it wasn't the motor and realize that banging on it made it worked... not trying to drop $400 to fix it... haha... leaving the window up the entire time now!

there is a diy to do a temp fix by cleaning out the carbon from the brushes.,. plus.. if you go online you can get a pretty good deal .. under $200 for sure shipped for a new motor.. it's easy.. really easy to change... i'm pretty sure RICK over at OC Infiniti in Westminster can hook u up for a great price too... try cleaning it first.. mine lasted almost a year longer after having to finally replace it...

hope this helps..
