Question Throttle Body Problem Help ASAP please

Hi everyone, over this weekend I decided to clean my throttle body saw the video and DIYs on a few places. My car is at about 52K and when I installed my Injen Intake I saw that it was very dirty so I went for it. However, I cleaned it Sunday and didn't get to drive it until yesterday. And when I did after a little driving I noticed that my car is idling at a lot higher RPM and last night going home from work the Service Engine Soon light came on. As soon as I got home I reseted my ECU and went for a drive and it came back on and the idle is still high. Could someone help me please I don't know what to do.

Thank you
