Mrr gt-1 wheels or keep oem 19" rays

Hello all...I need your help!
2005 G35 Coupe (White Pearl) w/ 136,000 miles
Currently, I have the OEM 19" Rays with Bridgestone Potenzas with about 52,000 miles on the tires...they are bald. Put the tires on when the car had 84,000 miles.

Here is my problem...
Budget: $1,800.00

Option 1: Buy new Bridgestone Potenzas 225/40/19 front & 245/40/19 rear, Tokico "Blue Shocks", Eibach Springs "Pro-Kit", Camber Kit, & 10 mm Ichiba Spacers.

Option 2: MRR GT-1 Hyper Silver Wheels (20 x 8.5 Offset 20 Front & 20 x 10 Offset 25 Rear) w/ Falken FK 452 tires or Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 tires
(245/35/20 Front & 275/30/20 Rear)

Each option is $1,800.00...which one would you choose?

If I go with Option 2...I'll be selling my 19" Rays.

Thanks...I appreciate your feedback.

I haven't heard good things about MRR quality so I vote stay with the Rays. Also you want bigger spacers if you want to be flush. A lot of the coupe guys run 20/25 or 25/30. I also like the Hankooks better than the Bridgestones.

agreed with va 04. i am running 25/25 but no drop so 20 might be better so you dont have to roll your fenders.

im looking to do the same thing for my 07 coupe...keep the stock rays and space them out with 25mm rear and 20mm front spacers. i only want a one inch drop from the eibach prokit made for the g35 cause from what ive heard a one inch drop isnt drastic enough to require a camber kit. is this true? also i heard something like the 350z spring rate keeps the g35 (2005/6/7) with their true sport suspension, so if i throw on the g35 prokit springs will i loose this sport suspension feel? if its only a minor change i could care less, lowering it will make up for it handling wise. ill roll my fenders if i need to, im not worried about that.

I say stick with the oem rays. I have the OEM Rays with 20/25 spacers front + rear on my 04 Coupe. You can take a look at some pics in my gallery to see what it looks like.

Lower the car, 25mm spacers all around and hankook V12's on OEM rays.
