IMO, finish, performance and sound are better on the MD.
Prob will be my next exhaust.

 

MotorDyne FTMFW, I have it and love it, there is no better sounding exhaust out for the G. I also have the MREV2, and spacer from Tony. His craftsmanship is top notch.

Still rocking my HKS and loving it. In terms of performance and quality (especially in light of the recent flow restriction issues and HKS' complete lack of responsibility) I'd go with Motordyne, but since the G35 is slow as heck no matter what bolt-on you install, I still prefer the HKS purely for sound and looks.
