Could dealers help with the lack of being able to fill up to full tank?

I have that problem with my car.

I used to be able to get 17 gallons and some change in, but now it only goes to 15. Could the dealer fix this issue still free of charge?

Yes, there was a recall on this particular issue! Call your local stealership, that's called a TSB!

^ Gary is right there is a TSB on this issue. Check this thread out there is some info inside. I believe there are a few threads around on the topic.

I've had this happen to me once or twice since owning my G... considering it's a 2004 I doubt the stealership will fix it for free since it's out of warranty. Hopefully it doesn't increase in frequency.

I used to have this problem on my 04. Doesn't happen on my 06, I guess Infiniti fixed the problem.
