I have these seat belt covers in my car:



The problem is that they are crunched up between the seat belt cover button and the seat belt doesn't roll up all the way. And there is a lot of slack left over at the bottom of the seat belt when the seat belt is rolled up also. What I want to find out is how to remove the seat belt stop button and put it back but at a lower placement of the seat belt so that they can sit like this:



How is this done by reusing the same button?
