Coilovers or exhaust

Hi im a newb on here. Been lookin on a lot of ur guys input on a lot of decisions and issues i got a dg 06 coupe extremely clean just put a injen cai, and white leds everywhere i run a service department so my labor is free!! I wanted to get 1 or 2 more mods before the rochester ny winter. Thinkin between tein basic coilovers, or a invidia gemini exhaust. Now i got 2 g's but i wanna make sure im happy with the quality ride or sound. I basically need a help in decision making. Third option would be coilovers and concept one rs-8's but i dont wannna use up all that money at once any better vids of the gemini invidias or something of equal value and sound i want no drone and not a sh@tty ride. Anyone got cheap stuff for sale that would help my needs lemme know thank u

Honestly, its up to you to decide whether you want a louder car or better handling. If you check the Marketplace you might find people selling items in your area.

Depending on how low you want to go, if you get the coilovers now you will most likely need to get camber kits as well.

Personally i like the sound of our stock exhaust. So, if it was my choice I would go with the coilovers.

Don't buy tein basics. You'll regret it so quickly.

Do coils, but go BC, stance or something other than Teins.

like it was said above it depends if you want a louder car or if you want better handling/lower stance...

i would personally do coils first..or if you just want a moderate drop get the springs you like and get an exhaust too! =]

Basics...

1. Don't go low
2. No dampening adjust
3. Suck
4. (more a tein thing) usually blow out or find leaks
5. They're the "basics" for the a reason, they're bare bones coilovers. Spend a little more money and get some quality parts.

Well whats ur guys take on suspensions which one is the best bang for the buck. As far as coilovers go i need a good warrenty tho just in case its only a summer driver but i want absolutely no issues

if i had the money i wouldve went with Stance or BC but since i was on a budget i got MDU..cheaper than Tein Basics and they have adjustable dampening..some people wont buy them though because they are new/real cheap/worried about quality. but i havnt really seen and negative reviews on them..everyone seems pretty happy with them.

What u guys think about the megan racing full coilovers w dampening. I also see the camber adjusters on some is that a good idea for our cars

for $1200 if your just wanting coilovers you can ALMOST get stance coilovers..and that can definitely get you some BC coilovers..

but if your wanting camber kits..rears are $200 and fronts are around $400
