Anyone ever bought a cheap eBay bulb before? How long did it last? My driver side bulb is turning purple so that must means it's about to die and i do not want to spend 120 bucks on bulbs. that's just absurd.

 

D2R or D2S? I got a spare oem philips d2s bulb. Or try searching craigslist in your area.

 

I got a pair of bulbs from Mr.Wong @ Statik, one of the vendors here, for a whole lot less than I was going to pay for 1 bulb at the local parts stores. Send him a PM or search the marketplace, there are much cheaper bulbs out there. I've only had mine in for about 5 months but no complaints so far.

i got some d2c bulbs off ebay like 6 weeks ago and i love them! paid like $10

 

I have the ebay 6k d2c for like a year and haven't had any issues with them they work fine hope that helps i don't remember paying more than $20 for them.

btw i have my stock Philips d2r bulbs i dont need anymore and i can have them shipped tomorrow.

got mine on ebay. D2S I love the color. Its been 2 years with no Problems. Paid $40

 

What is the difference between D2C, D2R, and D2s? Time for google. lol.

 

D2R has a cutoff shield which should be used in reflector headlights D2S is for projectors, D2C is for either.

 

I bought mine from eBay. I can't remember the name of the seller nor the price (I think the pair was around $25), but I can't complain. I have nothing but good things to say about the bulbs. Never gave me any issues, going on 2 1/2 years. 6000k and still look nice.
