I have less than satisfactory experiences when it comes to ebay lights. Seems like its never the light color advertised. If you do get those (or any) post which ones and pics. Also intrested.

This has been discussed to death, and I haven't even been here that long. But I did quickly find the search button..

If you want quality bulbs you buy OEM Phillips made bulbs (4300k or 6000k). Everything else is of suspect quality and made and sold by thousands of different people.

Phillips only makes 4300k (which is stock for most cars, including ours), and 6000k Ultinon bulbs which will be more white with a bit of blue. Anything over 4300k will actually put less usable light on the road, 6000k is a nice compromise if you like a bit of blue, but anything over that just gets worse.

Another thing is that a 6000k bulb from one seller may not look the same as a 6000k bulb from another (same with 4300k, 8000k, etc..).

Phillips is the only bulb to use. Just be careful when buying them as lots of people like to knock them off and call them Phillips.
