Really? That is one of the most popular bumpers on the g, especially this forum. I suggest you search much more before creating threads like this, but to answer your question: Nismo.

 

BTW appears to have the garage door lip mod done to the bottom. Search and you'll find its a $10 Home Depot/Lowes part that is just double sided taped onto the edge of the bumper.

Why are people such dicks with the search thing? If you feel its a waste just dont answer it and let them search, but you take the time to type up "use search" instead of just puttin out the answer.

 

It is a Nismo front, but he's running the Nismo splitter too. Def not a HomeDepot lip, it's too flat for that.
