It will provide gains over the stock plenum but they are minimal, better off using the MD spacer. You can't access the transmission dipstick with it installed either. If N/A, don't bother.
However, it works better for FI, that plenum has yielded over 20hp gains on S/C builds.

you can add the iso-thermal gasket to any setup, it goes under the lower plenum. i've seen the kinetix v+ on dyno comparisons and it has very similar gains to other spacers, the 5/16ths in particular. difference is the material, the composite WILL out perform the OEM upper plenum in keeping cool. why do you think Nissan/Infiniti switched to composite plenums for the the HR engines? would you rather have a mod that performs slightly better on a dyno or one that performs a lot better in real life? I have a MD 5/16's, it's a great mod for the money BUT if i could have a composite upper plenum for the same price i'd jump on it.
