How do I maintain my g35?

Since I bought this car 2 months ago, I havent done any maintenance yet so far. I have read the owner manual already. Im hitting almost 3k miles now. Anyway, I want to hear it from yall, how do you guys maintain your g35, like oil change, type of oil.., what else?

for maintenance - http://www.infinitiusa.com/ownership...schedules.html

oil. most people change oil between 3k-5k, some up to 7k, depending on the type.

there's been TONS of discussions on which oil is best. a good number of members go with mobil 1 syn and the corresponding mobil 1 filter - it's not a true synthetic, just highly refined. I usually don't say this, but a search on "oil" on the forums will give you enough information to make a decision.

Amsoil, Mobil 1

What you will find is that people here usually run Mobil 1 or Amsoil, 5/30w or 10/30w. I myself, am running amsoil 5-30 full synthetic and change my oil every 4000-5500. I also had my trans and diff fluids flushed and filled with amsoil. I believe the dealer uses mobil 1, if I remember correct? Can't go wrong with either or. Welcome to the G world, now just gotta wait for the mod bug to bite..

If you have a maintenance manual just follow that but do it yourself.

As to what fluids to use, search.
