I get it too... sounds like a click to me.

And the REV light is always on for me too, I'm not sure if anyone really knows why. Maybe to remind you, you have a REV-UP engine?

haha yeah idk why its always on, and i feel a little better if u have the sam little noise. i think it might just be the pedal itself as it goes up into the dash and whatnot. i'll keep an ear on it and see if its getting worse or if its the same. thanks for the input

Do a search for "clutch pedal click" on here and you'll see the issues that people have.
I had the same prob with mine when under warranty so Infiniti replaced the clutch pedal.
There are some DIYs on fixing the click without replacing the pedal though.

The REV light on the dash just needs to be set to a higher rpm.
It is staying on because it was prob set to 1000 rpm as opposed to say 5000k.
It's just there to show u when to shift, it's kind of stupid.

BTW u can get rid of the "REV" on the dash by raising it to 7/8ooo rpm.
An rpm you would and should never hit.
Keep push in the rod on the dash display in until it reashes the rpm reading, then coninue to keep it pushed in until the rpms reach a higher #.

The rev light is there cus you have the rev-up motor. It won't go away. What irishsig is talking about is how to change the shift light.
