Installing mudgaurds

Hey I recently purchased Mudgaurds for my car. I had a question regarding installation. Would it be okay to put them on using double sided tape? Or would I need to bolt
Them I'n ?

They come stuck on with double sided tape from the factory (and I think maybe a couple of those pop pins but I'm not sure) but tape is all you need. Just make sure the contact surface is really clean.

I purchased and installed some too. They use both tape and a couple of those push pins. I am sure you can get away with just tape but... it is too easy to just drill a small hole and use the push pins. Imagine, if one falls of, you will be buying a set of two... and they aren't cheap!

As far as the pins go, I have a coupe and there is a plastic nut and a plastic pin that goes through it. Keep in mind they look JUST like the nut and pins we have holding our grills in place except they are a smaller version. The nut part has to be small enough to fit into the splash guard indentation.

The front have a few push pins and a bolt. Not sure on the rears. Definately snug them in. At least push pins.
