need some help with cai or z tubes

i was wondering which cai will give me the biggest horsepower gain...i was thinking z tube but i dont know i need some opinions ....i have a stock 05 auto g35 coupe

Search and you will see no real gains with any intake modifications. I think your best bet would be rev-up box with z-tube but still the gains are minimal at best.

z tube with jwt or stillen is nice but if you want a CAI i would do injen or nismo. all depends on your budget range. it'll give you a little more HP and gas milage but mainly used for sound imo

Anyone with the z-tube and k&n combo notice anything (mostly sound wise)

I know theres PLENTY of threads about this, so before anyone tells me to search, I did, read about like 50 threads, and its like all mixed opinion. One side is "louder exhaust e.t.c." and the other is "didn't notice anything waste of money"

Gonna order it soon so was thinking about it

Gonna order it soon so was thinking about it
I noticed a slight increase in sound above 3500rpm.
Z-tube + K&N panel filter.

The ztube looks really nice compared to stock, IMO looks better than cai

z tube + rev-up air box + k&n drop in has been dyno proven best gains.

stock = no bueno, the oem z tube looks alot better then the stillen also, imo

my z tube n popcharger setup works but as usual once u get heatsoak its useless popcharger does make my car sound a little louder then stock g
