dyno'd at 243 rwhp, is this ok???

dyno'd at 243 rwhp, is this ok???

I have a 2006 coupe, 5/16 MD Spacer, Z-Tube, K&N, Fast Intention true dual exhast...I know its not much, but can i or should i be getting more without FI????

you should be getting alot more. the stock AT came with 280rwhp and the 6mt was 298rwhp stock so you should be making at least those numbers...

The 280 and 298 is bhp (boiler horsepower)...you lose a percentage when the actual horsepower gets transfered to the rear wheel....no mods u should be getting about 225 horsepower to the rear wheel on the 5AT tranny.

EDIT: Just looked at your garage, you say the car was dyno tuned, is it a 5AT 0r 6MT? What kind of dyno was it?

Whats even funnier is a stock G would probably give out the same numbers.

Stock G with barely 700 miles

this is where i start getting out my element with knowledge...it says uprev pro tuner on a dynojet...only answer i have, sorry if it doesnt apply to ur question....but thats what i need to know, so i can go back and ask the right questions. its a 5AT...

Depending on the type of dyno. I'm sure you are aware that different types of dynos yield vastly different results.

yeah thats depressing...i have a 5AT, dont know if ur dyno reflects a 6MT, or if it matters

When you had your tune done did they give you the before tune figures, then you compare those to the final tune figures. What was your increase?

first run with all my mods and before the tune put out max rwhp 228, last run after the tune max rwhp 243...i got gains, but im trying to compare with anyone who has similar mods as me with a tune if the numbers are about right...
