Greaaat, and we wonder why dealers take issue and harrass even legitimate claims, it's this mentality that makes insurance so high (i.e. insurance fraud).

Leather is a natural occuring material, my seat didn't come from the A$$ of the same COW as your seat. Some leather pieces will develop wrinkles and some will not. If it's excessive or especially if it's cracking, no, I agree we did pay a lot of money for a car and it's expected to hold up for a while but to a degree there are certain things that logic would dictate we accept will happen as owners of a machine that gets subjected to the outside world and use.

Would you take your car in and demand the front be repainted because the highway had chipped up the front? Our month old G35 has begun to develop these wrinkles on those same outside bolsters by the way and I treat the leather in both cars each weekend, I believe it to be from ingress and egress of the car more than anything else. We don't drop straight down in the seat, we sit on that piece to slide, unfortunate reality.

In my last car I went through two evaps, and had the system flushed 3 times.

They would have never found it unless I had said something.
A/C is the worst perfoming car part I know of as far as my experience with cars.

I have my car over 1 year now, and the last few months my drivers left side cushion had developed a large crease/fold, due to the cushion underneath collapsing......I had treated the leather with conditioner on a regular basis, and I would make a point of removing my wallet from my rear pocket to try to avoid making the seat any worse......It just did not seem to matter, the seat just progessively got worse. By the way, I weigh under 200lbs....

When I had my car in for service two weeks ago, I mentioned it to my salesman that the seat has seemed to lost its ability to hold me in place. He referred me to the service manager who looked at it and said it shouldn't have folded over like that.....

He ordered me a new cushion and leather seat bottom. I had it installed last monday, they did a pretty good job in installing it, but they definitely didn't get the leather pulled as tight as from the factory......

I now have a new seat, and I may take it to a professional upholstery shop and see if they can get the leather to stretch as tight as the original....I think if I leave it alone it will tend to wrinkle up quicker......time will tell

Bottom line.....my dealership took care of the problem without any hassle, will they do it again, maybe then I would have to put up a fight....I quite happy with the outcome.....
