What? Sounds like crap to me...dam service department! Grrrrr.. I have treated my seats every month with a great conditioner and mine are still pristine new... Are you subjecting them to more than normal use? Try soaking them with a good quality conditioner... Might bring them back..

Mine isn't like that at all. Go after them, if they won't help, go elsewhere.
A call to Nissan North America (Customer Service) would help too.

had my car since january and the leather still feels new.
been using lexol regularly.
you should go to another dealer and ask them to replace it. leather cracking in 2 months is not normal.

I've had my G for 3 months now and the driver's left thigh boster is starting to wrinkle severely (compared to the rest of the seat).

I just thought this was normal because of the constant contact on this boster.

My passengers side did this like after two weeks owniong it. The passenger side thigh pad. I have talked to a couple others and also seen a few others and they all seemed to have this issue. If you don't have it then you are lucky.

I bought the two part Maguires, the cleaner and the conditioner. I have had the car now for about four months, picked up this stuff about last month but just have not had the time to try it. I don't think it will get rid of the creases but it should and least keep the leather soft and oiled.

From what I have been hearing is the some dealers will tell you it is normal and others will only replace one time. Check over on Fresh Alloy, under the FX forum. They seem to be having the same problem as us but some of them sound even worse. I was told the normal line but I'm going to continually ask until I get the answer I want. Mine actually feels like the padding is either ripped or there is a gap in the padding under the leather cover.

i think the crease comes from ppl actually sitting right on top of the side bolsters and not in the middle of both of them

i don't use any conditioner on my leather unless the car sits out in
the sun during the day often.

Some leathers wrinkle more than others for some reason... sunburnt
cowskin or something..

Seats are not covered under warranty to be exposed to FL350. It's too cold and the air is too thin.

Mine is a year and a half old and still look relatively new. I don't go overbaord with Lexol but have conditioned them twice. No situation like above at all.

Guys, if the seat doesn't hold up, keep bringing it up.
As far as I know, a seat is there to be in good holding up conidition, if it's deterioting, what the hell did you pay almost 40 grand for? Screw what the mechs say and tell them you want it replaced.

Don't forget to always complain about your A/C. Even when it's working.
