I just got my g35 about 2 weeks ago, and the last few days when i try to start the car, the engine starts normal, and then a second later the car shudders a little, and the car just dies. the radio stays on, all the electronics work, the dash is still lit.

if i try again, it seems to work.. is this the battery? or is it something else?

i got the battery tested, and the meter said it was 650 out of 750.. or something? i don't really know what it meant. but it didn't seem to need replacing.

any ideas?

 

If the car starts, then dies.. It's most likly the alternator? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
