If it didn't have the multi-color scheme, GTR front, and roof scoop it isn't acutally that bad. I like the fact it's subtle around the wheel wells.

^ I agree, get rid of a couple of things, add some proper fitting wheels, perhaps a color change, and you can save this car.

I think it could be saved pretty quickly and simply, the car isn't nearly as bad as many other ones.

Although he does have a high level of fail with his suicidal seatbelt setup...
