You dont have fun at work with spare time and with managers?? This is actually the fun part of my work, we have fun sometimes. But at when we work, its serious. Have some common sense, people get immature sometimes for fun.

 

I am a manager at my job, in a very professional business setting. No I would never make anything as immature as a burnout request to my boss.

 

There's a difference between having fun and being immature. I have plenty of fun with my coworkers without being immature..
