How to cook your headlights?

Does any one know what temp and how long your supposed to bake your headlights in the oven to get the cover off and make the glue soft when you put the halo rings in your headl lights I think there actually called the demon eyes..

There's a good write up on this somewhere around here; I'm sure someone will find you the link or you could try searching 'DIY headlights' or something like that. I'm in the process of painting mine right now. I baked them yesterday at 210 degrees for 8 minutes. I had to bake them twice because they cooled down and I didn't want to rush it.

Yeah just tryin to get info before I do them I want to put the halo rings in them but I donet want to mess them up when I try to bake them how did your turn out?

They were pretty easy to take apart just take your time and don't rush. Loosen up the sides and all the tabs before trying to yank the cover off.
