hi guys, i'm having this very disturbing annoying thumping sound whenever i go over any bumps or even any depressions in the road, over sewer lids, etc. (everywhere)

My right front rim was getting repaired (245/3x/19) so i put the stock rim on for 5-6 days.. (225/45/17)

Did that imbalance cause this sound? if it's a suspension problem do I need to get springs changed? struts? what's wrong?
