Popping noise cant figure out what it is need help

i have an 05 5AT i know most like the 6MT but anyways i when i put into to Drive i hear a pop noise same as reverse... does anyone know what that might be? also every now and then when i turn i here a pop noise not a constant noise just a quick pop and its dun till the next time i turn i mainly hear it when i turn left idk if the right side does it too but i hear it on the left more that the other if anyone can help me out that would be nice

i've heard wheel bearings on these cars do go out often. mine is and your problem sounds similar to mine

Bearings shouldn't pop. It is probably one of your bushings.

CV boots are another possibility. Check behind the front rotors for any messy grease around. Look for holes in the rubber boots.

Don't ever apologize for having a 5AT, that's what most of us have and enjoy! Noises are a PIA to pin point, but it does sound like a bushing. Take you G to an independent brake/alignment shop and have them trace it down. Don't even consider the stealership unless you have extremely deeeeeep pockets!

Guess i meant axle boots.... was in my honda thinking mode earlier lol.
