Hey guys someone gifted me a Navigation VERY nice but it has to be installed in a Dash... Now I don't know how it would look, and will it ruin the Dash? Cause the Dash is fantastic on the infiniti please help and let me know if its worth putting in thanks!!!

Is it a double din in-dash w/ navi or are you talking about something else.....

If so you would want to get something like this

You really have to start being more descriptive in your posts. What kind of navi is it? Double Din, Single (flip out screen?).

Installing any deck on the g35 can get costly if you want to do it right. Most people try to get a JDM double din kit, but that usually runs somewhere around $300.00 I think. Then you have to get another kit if you want your steering wheel buttons to work properly (again.. I've heard this, haven't looked to far into it). etc..

You tell me if this is worth it

;D

However I left the trim off 'cause I was only testing it, and I was going to remove it all again anyway. It looks wonderful though, and all self installed by a guy who had never done anything like that before n_n

I installed a double din in the first car I have and I have never looked back. I can't live without one. Navigation right there, ipod hookup... it's a must have for me. Just don't get any unit though. Do your research. If you were gifted one, there's no shame in returning or exchanging it if you ask the gifter.
