Hey everyone, I have searched extensively for an answer to a question I have on the postings but have not had any luck. Here's the question. I have a AEM CAI intake in a 2005 g35 with a CARB E.O.# D392-24-21-458 and I talked to the local smog station and they added that the CARB # would also have to coincide with the year of the vehicle, but when I looked on the CARB website it states that the CARB # above is specifically for the 2003 infiniti g35. The CARB# that is for the 2003-2006 Infiniti g35 is for AEM is E.O #D670-21-458. Since this is the first year I have to smog it I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with this. I don't want to loose out on money, since I can put the OEM intake on and have it pass.

 

When I installed my Stillen CAI it was CARB pending, I just called Stillen and they sent me the correct sticker. Try that with AEM, let them know you need the CARB sticker for your year, make them aware of what you have. Maybe you'll luck out and they'll send you the right CARB sticker for your '05....
