That was at 25. I hate to think of what would have happened if I would have hit a deer that was sitting in the fast lane of I65 doing 80 a few weeks ago!

Quote: The damage really looks bad for an accident that happened at ~25mph. I would have hoped that the G would have held up better than it did.

Funny thing is that there is probably a deer limping through the woods in CFL with an Infiniti Emblem (from the front grill) stuck in it's butt cheek!
Actually the more the car crumples upon impact the better, it means the energy from the collision is being used to collapse the bumper and twist and turn the metal, which allows more time for additional airbag support and avoids injuries or getting tossed around =)

Deer?
What happen to the deer? Did the deer died? Hurt badly on the road? Didn't you call the animal control to take of the deer?

Damn animal lovers! Did you read my first thread about this? I covered my **** pretty well there so that all of the tree hugging, hippie, pita people would not jump all over me. (j/k)

The deer actually took off. I work for a large company with its own security team and wildlife dept. They placed a call into the local wild life group (they told me their name but I forget it now, something like Florida Wildlife and Game something or another). Apparently this group comes out and searches for the deer.
