40 here. It's not a problem for me. I just find that I can afford to pay for all my mods a lot easier now than I could 20 years ago. If your into hot rodding or car modding no matter how old you are the fever never goes away

Never too old man!!
Now if you've got a ricer with one of the 4 ft high spoilers, spinners and flame graphics that just calls for a simple intervention
I'll never grow out of modding sports cars.

28 here... As long as you're responsible in the rest of your life, good job, home owner, etc. And have a lot of spare cash and no debt, go for it.

Looks like I might be the old guy...64. Retired at 55. The best thing about being retired is having lots of time to do things.

I'm 19.

The i look at it, you can't get too old to do the things you love, especially modifying cars. That's all about creativity, and self expression (atleast to me it is). When i see older people with nicely modified cars i think, sweet they have taste. Keep mod'n your car, and eff what other people say.

I'll mod until I'm buried in the ground. If I become physically incapable, I'll just tell my grandson or great grandson to do it for me while I watch and tell them what to do =P

You're never too old to modify cars, cars have no age limit as long as you enjoy cars and modifying it shouldn't matter how old you are sir its all about having fun and enjoying it. I am 26 and I see myself modifying cars for many many years to come in the future.
