Is This Considered Downgrading??
I talked my friend into trading his KW Variant 1 coilovers with my Nismo S-Tune suspension. I was satisfied with how the Nismo were, but I wanted to go a bit lower and be adjustable at least. My question is, am I screwing myself over? Should I just keep my Nismo and just deal with it for the time being until I can get some Stance? I'm about to work on his car soon since he's kind of demodding the car (04 350Z; custom paint job, straight pipe, advan wheels, kw coils v1, etc).
Any help before I decide to trade this weekend!

Being adjustable is enough reason alone, in my book. Then again, I don't know anything about KW Variant 1... But hey if they doin' him good then yeah, I think adjustable coils will always be better than something non-adjustable.
But what the **** do I know? xd

If it's a straight up trade then I would do it. The KW V1s will give you the ability to raise and lower the car, but they don't have adjustable dampening. I think down the road you will want coils with that feature, but I also think you could probably sell the KWs when the time comes for more than you could the Nismo suspension.
