good deal?

I can get an 05 g35 coupe with nav and all over options besides xm. Comes with the stock rays wheels, and 15% tint all around. Everything else is stock. It has 40k miles, 6 speed. What would you say a really good deal is? what about an average deal? He says he is the first owner and the car almost looks new.
Thanks

Sounds like a good price. Is it a private seller?? Drop it down more if it is...

I wouldn't call it a "good deal" but I think it's pretty much a fair price. I think you can definitely knock it down a little.

No that's a good price considering the mileage and the like new condition. It's worth more....
