IF you were to sell your G35 what would you get around the 15-18k range?
Or neither. Unless youre a chick, dont get a lexus. Steering is dumb loose, you can steer with your nut hairs. Ive driven an IS-F for a few hours so i cant begin to imagine how light the steering on a 250/350 is. Be a man, save up another 4 g's on top of your 18k and get a 335i used with about 40k miles. Of course 335i sedan is not as attractive as the coupe, but itll run laps on the G and its german so you know interior and build quality in general's gonna be top notch. Can you say twin turbo? If you dont have the time to save up, the tl-s will be the best bet, but keep in mind fwd isnt nearly as fun to drive.

I really love my G...its an o3 auto with 83k miles...coupe....BUT i have a 16 month old son and I really want more space so a four door would be great however I just do not like the looks of a 4 door g35.....
What car would u get around 15-18k$$
gotta be 4 door....fun to drive and as quick as the G....prefer a manual but auto may work depending on car.
what do you all think?

Considering you have a baby maybe consider a Volvo S60 R.

My personal favorites (other than the G) are the TL-s A spec and IS350.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

OP it's my opinion that the best bang for the buck in your price range would be a G sedan if you need 4 doors. Alpa said it best, here are a couple of pics of my ride to help illustrate his point. 7 years old with 92K miles and she still looks and drives like she's new.

I think for quality and performance, a lexus is a great option. An IS350 was the other car I was looking at, but the G35 won. They do seem to hold value a smidge better than the G does.
German is a great way to go, slightly higher maintenance costs but again you'll find nice quality with a decent amount of power.
Evo or STI are both fun cars, but your definately talking a cheaper interior and alot more road noise.
Altima and Maxima are both excellent options if you want to keep it Nissan!
Good luck!
